Our indoor gymnasium is designed to promote health and wellness. Students have access to age-appropriate equipment including treadmills, cycles, resistance machines and more.
The instructors design customized fitness routines to improve strength, flexibility and posture. The gym also supports special fitness programs for athletes and teams.
Fitness goals are tracked and students are motivated to build lifelong healthy habits in a safe, structuredand supportive space.
